These terms cover your use of the Adeckie app and the service behind it, published by Esora. Installing or using the app means you accept them.
Adeckie makes flashcards from a topic, a word or a photograph, and schedules them for review. The cards are generated by an AI model. You may use the app for your own learning, personal or professional, free of charge within the allowance described below.
Generated cards can be wrong. A translation may be inexact, an example sentence unnatural, a cultural note mistaken. Check anything that matters — an exam answer, a medical or legal term, a phrase you intend to say to someone in a language you do not speak. The cards are study material, not authority.
You are responsible for what you feed the generator. Do not submit anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or photographs of people who have not agreed to it.
The cards you generate are yours to use. They live on your phone; we claim no rights over them and we cannot read them. If you turn on backup they are copied to your own Google Drive, where they stay yours — we cannot read that copy either, and deleting it is up to you.
Because we do not hold your cards, we cannot recover them if you lose your phone or uninstall the app without a backup.
Everything except the AI is free and stays free: studying, quizzes, listening, editing cards and importing your own.
Making cards with AI is free for 14 days from your first generation, within a token allowance shown in the app. That allowance is granted once and does not renew; when the trial ends or the tokens run out, generating needs a subscription. The rest of the app keeps working.
The allowance exists to keep the cost of the AI model sustainable. We may adjust it; if we reduce it, the app will say so before the change takes effect.
Do not attempt to evade it — by clearing app data or making fresh accounts to get further free allowances, by automating requests, or by calling the service outside the app. We may rate-limit or block an account or network that does.
Premium is a monthly subscription sold through Google Play when it becomes available. It raises the allowance and the number of cards a generation returns. Payment, renewal, refunds and cancellation are handled by Google under its own terms; cancel from your Google Play account. We do not receive or store your payment details.
A subscription is tied to the account you signed in with, which is why subscribing requires signing in with Google.
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that generation will always succeed, or that the model will remain the same one. We may change or discontinue parts of it; if the service ends, the cards already on your phone keep working, because the review schedule runs entirely on the device.
To the extent the law allows, Esora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of study data held on your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them takes away the consumer rights your own country gives you.
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app, and delete your account from the app's settings or by writing to us, as the Privacy Policy describes. Cancel a subscription in Google Play before deleting your account. We may suspend access for an account that breaks these terms, in particular the allowance rules above.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the new version appears here. Continuing to use the app after that means accepting the new terms.
